Sign-A-Rama of Metro Detroit announces major equipment upgrade
Sign-A-Rama of Metro Detroit owner Bob Chapa is proud to announce a major upgrade in his fabrication equipment for his three Sign-A-Rama locations in Michigan.
Sign-A-Rama is the Worlds largest sign franchise with over 950 locations in 55+ countries. Bob Chapa is the proud owner of three locations in the Metro Detroit market. His main sales showroom and fabrication headquarters is located in Madison Heights, with two sales showrooms with light production in Southfield and Dearborn, Michigan.
"After heavily researching all of the options available to large scale fabrication sign companies at a recent industry convention we have confidently chosen the Accu-Bend, Accu-Clinch, and Gerber Saber as our new solution to large scale electrical fabrication" Chapa reports.
Computerized Cutters out of Plano, Texas has been developing CNC and Channel Letter Bending equipment since 1994. Gerber Scientific Products has been at the forefront of equipment development in the sign industry since 1980. Their CNC router table developed standards for quick, precise routing and 3D tooling.
"Our Sign-A-Rama locations here in Metro Detroit have grown substantially over the past ten years, our fabrication needs for our clients started with local outsourcing, eventually became national outsourcing due to volume, and over the past few years we have staffed to build electrical box signs and channel letters inhouse. As our efforts to focus on larger accounts, franchise groups, and national signage rollouts the need to automate this process became inevitable."

Sign-A-Rama of Metro Detroit announces the most significant relaunch of their website www.MichiganSignShops.com in the company's history.
"We originally planned for a substantial upgrade in our Online Portfolio and a few new tools, but the further our talented Graphic Designer Matt Schwartz put himself into the project the more excited we became at a complete overhaul." says Bob Chapa, Owner of 3 Sign-A-Rama locations in Metro Detroit.
Constantly looking to enhance customer awareness of sign options and the use of proper materials, the Sign Products section has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. "We now have a fantastic online portfolio of our Metro Detroit sign projects available for all existing and future clients to learn from." said Bob Chapa.
Innovative sign design tools and local project mapping tools are under development for future releases.
"We are very excited to be able to showcase our work to new clients and highlight work we have done locally for our valued customers" said Michael Stephens, Sales Director for the Sign-A-Rama team.
